Refund/ Re-issue Policy:
Flight
- Experior Holidays follows airline’s cancellation and re-issue policy.
- To cancel/ re-issue, travelers are advised to confirm Experior Holidays 48 hours prior to the travel date. Otherwise, no-show charge might be applicable depending on the airline’s rule.
- To cancel/ re-issue, travelers need to call at +8801404030590-91 or knock on Facebook . Our team will initiate an email and solve the issue upon confirmation from the customer.
- Cancellation fee/ reissue fee and a Standard service charge may apply in case of any change as per airlines policy. Cancellation fee/ reissue is shared by the airlines and may get changed at any time.
- Refund will get initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation and refunded amount may reflect in your account within 3 to 7 working days depending on your payment method.
*Convenience charge is non-refundable.
Hotel
- Experior Holidays follows property’s cancellation policy.
- To Cancel a booking, customer must Call us and confirm the cancellation.
- Cancellation fee may apply depending on the property and the time of cancellation.
- Date change is not possible for any hotel booking. Customer needs to cancel the previous booking and rebook with the new date.
- Booking for black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.
- Experior Holidays won’t charge any additional service charge apart from the hotel quoted fees.
- Refunds will get initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation. It may take 3 to 7 working days to reflect the refunded amount depending on the User’s payment method.

Tour
- Experior Holidays follows tour operator’s cancellation policy.
- To Cancel, customer must go Call us and confirm the cancellation.
- Please check the given policy under each tour before booking.
- Booking for black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.
- Experior Holidays won’t charge any additional service charge apart from the operator’s quoted fees.
- Refunds will get initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation. It may take 3 to 7 working days to reflect the refunded amount depending on the User’s payment method.
